Registration has to be done by returning the registration form as soon as possible to the secretariat, and by transferring the registration fee into our bank account.
The participation fee includes taking part in all the activities mentioned in the program (the meetings, the drink on Friday evening, a light lunch on Saturday, the visits and the lunch on Sunday) and also the coffee breaks and the papers .
It does not include travelling to and from the conference, nor the accomodation in the hotel of your choice and also not the travelling between your hotel and the meeting spot at the railway station of Genk

L'inscription se fait en retournant le formulaire d'inscription dès que possible au secrétariat, et en transférant les frais d'inscription dans notre compte bancaire.
Les frais de participation comprennent la participation à toutes les activités mentionnées dans le programme (les réunions, la récéption du vendredi soir, un déjeuner sandwiches le samedi, les visites et le déjeuner le dimanche) ainsi que les pauses café et les documents distribués.
Cela n'inclut pas les déplacements vers et depuis la conférence, ni l'hébergement dans l'hôtel de votre choix et les déplacements entre votre hôtel et le lieu de rendez-vous à la gare de Genk

Men schrijft in door zo snel mogelijk het inschrivingsformulier terug te zenden aan het secretariaat, en door het verschuldigde inschrijvingebedrag op onze bankrekening te storten.
De inschrijvingsprijs omvat deelname aan alle activiteiten vermeld in het programma (de vergaderingen, de drink op vrijdagavond, een sandwichlunch op zaterdag, de uitstap en de lunch op zondag), evenals de koffiepauzen en de papers en documenten die tijdens de bijeenkomst uitgedeeld worden.
De inschrijvingsprijs omvat niet : uw verplaatsing naar en van het congres, uw verblijfskosten in het door U gekozen hotel, en evenmin uw eventuele verplaatsingskosten tussen uw hotel en het afspraapunt aan het station van Genk
